It has a large double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bright living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, etc., and a comfortable bathroom with shower and washing machine.
This characteristic apartment is located in the heart of Florence, a stone's throw from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and close to the most interesting Florentine museums and all the shopping streets. It is located a short distance from the Santa Maria Novella station and the tramway stop, you will not need a car for your stay in Florence.
Please note that:
- All students would need to upload the following documents: a university enrolment certificate, proof of identity also of a parent, and proof of income of a parent in order to complete the booking.
- Tenants need to pay a deposit equal to a half month of rent. Please be aware that the monthly rent change according to the season.
- The deposit is optional as it only applies to bookings of over 2 months.
