The apartment is located on the third floor of an old building and has an equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom with a shower and washing machine. It has a large living area and a comfortable double bed on the mezzanine, as well as a sofa bed for one person. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. We are waiting for you to spend your holidays in Florence!
The apartment is located in the San Frediano district, in the most authentic part of the historic center of Florence. From here you can walk to the most interesting points of interest Florence, and you can also enjoy restaurants, bars, and old artisan shops. The neighborhood is full of life! The property is surrounded by a handful of businesses, stores, cafes, restaurants, landmarks, and tons more to see! In this area, there is the bus stop, the nearby park, and beautiful green areas to enjoy an evening out!
Please note that:
- All students would need to upload the following documents: a university enrolment certificate, proof of identity also of a parent, and proof of income of a parent in order to complete the booking.
- Tenants need to pay a deposit equal to a half month of rent. Please be aware that the monthly rent change according to the season.
- The deposit is optional as it only applies to bookings of over 2 months.
