Pricing and Deposit Details :
Utilities Included: For stays up to 30 days, utilities, final cleaning, towels, sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees are included.
Not Included: The tourist tax of 4.00 per person per night (for those over 12) and utilities exceeding 70.00 for stays over 30 days.
Security Deposit: Guests staying up to 15 days must provide a 300.00 pre-authorization with a valid credit card 7 days before check-in. For stays between 16 and 30 days, a deposit of 1000.00 is required under the same conditions. Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted for deposits, and special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days.
The cleaning fee includes check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant , one towel and linen change per guest , and final cleaning.
