Upon entering, you'll find a bright living area with a flat-screen tv, a cozy double sofa bed (160 cm wide), and a dining table for six. A charming staircase leads you to the beautiful terrace, partially covered with a wooden and glass structure, featuring a small outdoor table, chairs, and a hammock for ultimate relaxation.
On the first level, beyond the living room and staircase, you'll discover a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. A corridor leads to the first bedroom, which offers a single bed (90 cm wide) that can be converted into a double if needed. Continuing down the corridor, you'll find the second bedroom with a comfortable double mattress (160 cm wide) and two modern bathrooms, both complete with showers.
The apartment boasts independent heating and air conditioning with four units: one in the living room, one in each bedroom, and one in the covered part of the terrace.

Included in the price are utilities (for stays up to 30 days), final cleaning, towels and sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees. However, please note that the tourist tax, utilities for stays exceeding 30 days, and the security deposit are not included and have separate conditions.
The cleaning fee includes check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant , one towel and linen change per guest , and final cleaning.
