Terreno Residenziale in vendita a Peschiera del Garda via Goito, 1b

I have inherited a house in Peschiera del Garda, a very famous touristic place in Garda Lake in Italy. The house is located in a very good location, very close to the lake riviera (~ 500m, or around 5 minutes walk), but yet in a very calm and relaxing area. The exact address of the house is Via Goito 1B, Peschiera del Garda ( Google Maps coordinates are shown in the pictures below),The house was built around '70, and currently it has 4 apartments ( 2 apartments on the floor with around 90m2 each apartment). I have discussed with some architects and urbanists in Peschiera del Garda, and it is possible to build a new building on 4 floors, and the 3rd and 4th floor will have a lake view. Our plot has ~ 500m2 as it is presented in the picture below. We are looking for a partner/co-investor, to build a new 4 floor building on our plot. We will invest with our plot, while other investor/investors will invest in the building. Our initial idea is to build a building on our plot only , in order to be more intimate, as we plan to live there, but if the investor is looking for bigger plot, the plot behind us is inherited from the same previous owner, and the new owner (our neighbour) is also interested to sell or co-invest in the building. We have discussed with him, he is interested as well, but I would put you in contact with him for direct discussions. His plot is ~ 600m2.
