A nice little flat (total 28 sqm) that can host 2 adults. It has 1 bedroom with big size bed(new high-quality mattress), a little area with kitchenette and dining table, and a private small bathroom, wifi, Safe. Strong Air conditioner.

All amenities are included: air conditioning, a little fridge and kitchenette, microwave, unlimited internet wifi, heater, hairdryer, plates, cooking utensils, and so on!

Friendly check-in, top cleaning, bed linens, fresh towels, and free toiletries. Fully sanitized with ozone between each guests' stay, so no risks here! Our cleaning team respects the hotel-standards, so you'll be sure to have a clean flat at your arrival.

Important note: This Studio is not suitable for extra-size people, cause the bathroom is small. So not comfortable for people taller than 2 meters or weight more than 100kg, or anyway big-size people who may not feel comfortable in the wc space.
