On the Second floor: store rooms, 3 bedrooms, small wc, 2 store rooms, the largest one has glass windows on one side of the room, originally it was a panoramic terrace.
Notes on the restoration:
The restoration took several years to complete and the roof, terracotta floors, double glazing windows, vaulting ceilings were meticulously restored.
The first and second floor rooms have lovely frescos, all of them are restored. The heating, plumbing and electrical systems have all been renewed, the new heating system is a combination of a boiler and radiators. The large and numerous windows with new hardwood doors, window frames and shutters, let in ample light.
The First and Second Floor of the palazzo has been preserved in its original glory as state rooms decorated by the local artist
The location is superb. The palazzo is in the heart of the tranquil town Torre Dei Passeri, it is a lively town with schools, banks, shops, cafes and a couple restaurants you would expect in this typically Italian town. The countryside is dominated by olive groves, the beaches of the Adriatic sea are only 40 minutes away by car. The Majella and Gran Sasso National Parks are both within easy distance.
There is a regular bus service to Pescara and from Pescara both, day and night buses to Rome, plus bus and train services connecting you with all of Italy. Ryanair flies to Pescara airport.
