Comodissima agli Ospedali (particolarmente vicina al Sant'Antonio) Casa Nina è un luogo perfetto per visitare la città, vista la sua prossimità al centro storico e ai mezzi pubblici.
Il quartiere Santa Rita è tranquillo e una delle residenziali più esclusive di Padova, dove potrete rilassarvi ma allo stesso tempo trovare nell'arco di qualche centinaio di metri supermercati, ristoranti, bar, farmacia, servizi. Abbiamo prestato cura nell'arredo e attrezzatura di Nina, per farvi sentire...a Casa!
Lo spazio
Ci siamo innamorati subito di questo palazzetto storico originale degli anni 30, un'epoca in cui molta parte del quartiere Santa Rita non esisteva ancora! e' con profondo rispetto e amore che abbiamo ristrutturato completamente Casa Nina, come se fosse casa nostra: siamo certi che percepirete anche voi l'amore con cui abbiamo cercato di conservare i dettagli che ci fanno rivivere questo pezzo di storia all'interno di uno spazio comunque rimesso a nuovo e dotato di tutti i comfort moderni.
Vista la sua vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici e servizi e negozi, Casa Nina ben soddisfa le esigenze di turisti e lavoratori, nonché la comodità agli Ospedali (in particolar modo il Sant'Antonio) lo rende strategico per chi dovesse scegliere di prendersi cura della propria salute a Padova: in ogni caso il nostro intento è quello di farvi sentire "come a casa".
Casa Nina si trova in una palazzina di sole due unità. Il nostro è l'appartamento al piano terra (ci sono 3 gradini per accedere alla porta principale). All'interno c'è una spaziosa camera da letto
Con letto king size (140x200), un armadio con cassettiera. Sotto al letto, negli appositi contenitori chiusi, troverete cuscini e coperte aggiuntivi.
In questa stanza troverete anche ferro e asse da stiro, stendibiancheria e quanto occorrente per stendere (potete farlo solo all'interno).
Il secondo spazio letto si trova all'ingresso principale: il divano può essere configurato come letto singolo, ma anche dome letto matrimoniale: in tal caso lo spazio per muoversi si riduce al minimo, ma è tutto sommato accettabile. A completare la vivibilità dello spazio, un piccolo tavolino-toilette, un lavandino con specchio e la possibilità di conservare al chiuso i propri abiti in uno dei cassettoni del divano.
Volendo Casa Nina si presta a dare indipendenza a due gruppi/coppie: avendo due ingressi separati, un gruppo potrebbe utilizzare l'ingresso principale (e chiudere la porta di accesso sul soggiorno) e l'altro utilizzare la porta sul retro. Ovviamente gli ambienti bagno, cucina e soggiorno sono comuni, ma questa è una possibilità in più utile nel caso i due gruppi si dovessero spostare autonomamente, magari tornare tardi la sera o partire al mattino presto.
Nell'ampio soggiorno troverete la tv e un comodo divano in similpelle, un tavolo con quattro sedie,
un mobile con piatti, bicchieri, tazze, tazzine e tutto quello che serve per i vostri pasti.
Qui troverete anche volantini, mappe e brochures turistiche, nonché informazioni sui ristoranti della zona.
La cucina è completa e attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate. Qui troverete anche scopa, aspirapolvere e qualche detersivo per le pulizie quotidiane.
Dalla cucina tramite una porta si accede a un sottoscala dove si trova la lavatrice.
Il bagno è dotato di ampia doccia, lavello, wc, doccino per l'igiene intina (non c'è il bidet). Qui troverete asciugacapelli, sapone, carta igienica, doccia schiuma e shampoo sempre a vostra disposizione (in quantità sufficiente per qualche giorno, in tempo da poter poi andare a fare la spesa).
In casa inoltre sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi.
Nel caso di soggiorni più lunghi di una settimana, lasceremo all'interno della casa un cambio di lenzuola, asciugamani e teleria da cucina, in maniera che poi, con la lavatrice, abbiate l'indipendenza che serve nel gestire la biancheria.
Casa Nina ha il riscaldamento autonomo (il termostato si trova in soggiorno) e un condizionatore al centro dell'appartamento, nel corridoio fra la zona giorno e la zona notte.
Tutte le finestre sono dotate di oscuranti in legno e alcune hanno le zanzariere. La porta a vetri in ingresso ha una tenda oscurante, per garantire il massimo comfort per chi dorme in questa stanza.
All'interno della casa non è consentito fumare: fatelo in giardino (o nella piccola galleria sul retro se piove). Non gettate cenere e mozziconi a terra ma usate l'apposita ciotolina posacenere. Utilizzate il giardino e gli spazi comuni per lo stretto necessario: sono appunto spazi comuni, non ad uso esclusivo del nostro appartamento.
Il giardino è in generale gli spazi esterni sono condivisi con la proprietaria dell'appartamento sopra. Fuori potete lasciare 2 biciclette al massimo e fumare (all'Interno non è consentito), ma non ci potete mangiare, lasciare che il vostro animale da compagnia ci faccia i bisognini, stendere i panni e simili.

Very convenient to the Hospitals (particularly close to Sant'Antonio) Casa Nina is a perfect place to visit the city, given its proximity to the historic center and public transport.
The Santa Rita district is quiet and one of the most exclusive residential areas in Padua, where you can relax but at the same time find within a few hundred meters supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, services. We took care of Nina's furniture and equipment, making you feel...at home!
The space
We immediately fell in love with this original historic building from the 1930s, an era when much of the Santa Rita neighborhood didn't exist yet! It is with deep respect and love that we have completely renovated Casa Nina, as if it were our home: we are sure that you will also feel the love with which we have tried to preserve the details that make us relive this piece of history within a space that is still new and equipped with all the modern comforts.
Given its proximity to public transport and services and shops, Casa Nina well meets the needs of tourists and workers, as well as the convenience to Hospitals (especially Sant'Antonio) makes it strategic for those who choose to take care of their health in Padua: in any case, our intention is to make you feel "at home".
Casa Nina is located in a building of only two units. Ours is the apartment on the ground floor (there are 3 steps to access the main door). Inside is a spacious bedroom
With a king-size bed (140x200200), a closet with a dresser. Under the bed, in the appropriate closed containers, you will find extra pillows and blankets.
In this room you will also find iron and ironing board, clothes rack and everything you need to hang (you can only do it inside).
The second bed space is at the main entrance: the sofa can be configured as a single bed, but also a double bed: in this case, the space to move is reduced to a minimum, but it is all acceptable. To complete the livability of the space, a small coffee table, a sink with a mirror and the possibility of storing your clothes in one of the couches in one of the couches.
Casa Nina lends itself to giving independence to two groups/couples: having two separate entrances, one group could use the main entrance (and close the access door to the living room) and the other use the back door. Obviously, the bathroom, kitchen and living room rooms are common, but this is a more useful possibility in case the two groups move independently, maybe come back late at night or leave early in the morning.
In the large living room you will find a tv and a comfortable leather sofa, a table with four chairs.
A piece of furniture with plates, glasses, cups, cups, and everything you need for your meals.
Here you will also find flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information about the restaurants in the area.
The kitchen is complete and equipped with everything we think you need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery. You'll also find a broom, vacuum cleaner, and some detergent for daily cleaning.
From the kitchen through a door, you can access a basement where the washing machine is located.
The bathroom has a large shower, a sink, a toilet, a tube shower (there is no bidet). Here you will find a hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, shower foam and shampoo always at your disposal (in sufficient quantity for a few days, in time to then go shopping).
In the house there is also always some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents.
In the case of stays longer than a week, we will leave a change of sheets, towels and kitchen towels inside the house, so that, with the washing machine, you have the independence you need to manage linens.
Casa Nina has independent heating (the thermostat is located in the living room) and an air conditioner in the center of the apartment, in the hallway between the living area and the sleeping area.
All windows are equipped with wooden blinds, and some have mosquito nets. The glass door at the entrance has a blackout curtain, for maximum comfort for those who sleep in this room.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house: do it in the garden (or in the small gallery in the back if it rains). Do not throw ashes and butts on the floor but use the appropriate ashtray bowl. Use the garden and common spaces for everything you need: they are common spaces, not for the exclusive use of our apartment.
Guest access
The garden is in general the outdoor spaces are shared with the owner of the apartment above. Outside you can leave 2 bicycles maximum and smoke (inside it is not allowed), but you can't eat it, let your pet do the needs of us, roll out the clothes and the like.
