Brand new studio apartment for rent in Milan!
Enjoy the comfort of a fully renovated and equipped studio apartment. The apartment is composed of one room with a double bed, a kitchen, a living/dining corner plus a comfortable bathroom with all services. At the entrance, you will find a washing and drying machine shared with another apartment adjacent to the studio apartment.
The apartment has all comforts: tv, air conditioning, coolers, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer. Cleaning every 15 days and linen are included.
The house is in a very quiet residential complex with an inner private garden. Two supermarkets (Esselunga and Pam) and a nice shopping street at less than 5/10 min. I can advise on many good restaurants in the area. You can experience the real local life being a few minutes from the most well-known universities and Milanos greatest attractions (Navigli, Duomo, etc.).
The apartment is a few steps from tram line 15 and bus line 90/91.
With tram line 15 you can reach directly the Dome, the heart of Milan in 20-25 min. Bocconi, naba, ied, and Navigli can be easily reached walking or with few tram/bus stops.
Other services:
- Reception is available for mail/parcel delivery if needed (just inform us)
- We can support with grocery shopping or food delivery by different websites (Everli, Eataly today, Glovo, Eat, Uber Eats)
- Self-check-in is available. Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange check-in and check-out based on your arriving/departing time.
