- While it is appreciated that you wash the dishes and strip the beds upon check-out, it is absolutely not required.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. Please make less noise and respect the neighbors in the building.
- Remember to close all windows and doors when you leave.
- It is extremely important to pay attention to your keys. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from lost keys or locksmith work.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete the online check-in form and provide a valid id.
- Guests are required by Italian law to follow the rules for waste collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city and guests can find written instructions at the property.
- Italian law requires guests to provide id and pay the tourist tax before check-in. We will not allow access if the online check-in form has not been completed or if the tourist tax has not been paid.
- The condominium heating (centralized) will operate according to a timetable, as required by Italian law, and the heating cannot be adjusted. The timetable will operate as follows: 6.00 to 9.00, 12.00 to 14.00 and 20.00 to 23.00.
- The maximum temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both for centralized and autonomous heating.
- Please do not use more than one appliance at the same time. Failure to do so may result in power cuts. In such an event, guests will need to reset the fuse box.
