The kitchen is well-equipped, and the dining area accommodates up to 4 guests. The small balcony is available for your use, and the property is family-friendly. Essentials such as bed linens, towels, and wifi are provided, along with an extensive local guide. We are available 24/7 for any assistance.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is located on the second floor and has lift access. There are four flights of stairs to reach the property.

Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box.
