The detailed costs are:
Monthly rates:
- rental: 1.400 / per month;
- utilities (electricity, gas, water and wifi): 200 / per month;
- condominium fees: 200 / per month;
Total: 1.800 / per month.
One-off payments (to be made before check-in) :
- 1.400 for Security Deposit; the deposit will be returned within 10 working days from check-out subject to apartment ispection;
- 170 for Customer Care (every day from 9 am to 9 pm), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence and final cleaning.
- 200 for final cleaning service
