- Complete bathroom: bathtub with shower, bidet and washing machine.
- Living room with equipped kitchen: Induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and kettle.
Rgoredo Nest enjoys good natural ventilation. Even if it does not have air conditioning or wi-fi, the strategic position allows you to rely on numerous restaurants nearby that offer free connection to their customers.

- 2nd floor with lift, concierge service 3 days a week
- Comfortably accommodates 2 people.
Advanced Management Fee:
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for a one-time advanced management fee of 150, payable via bank transfer before check-in. This fee covers the registration of the contract, final cleaning, and contract closure.
Once the booking is completed, you will have to sign the contract with the property management company, and pay the deposit no later than 24 hours before check-in, otherwise the booking will be no considered completed and you cant do the check in
Other Costs:
In addition to the rent, a monthly fee of 300 is required. This fee covers the following services:
Registration of the contract
Biweekly apartment cleaning and provision of fresh linen
Regular maintenance services throughout your stay
24/7 emergency support
High-speed internet and utilities (water, gas, electricity)
Waste disposal and recycling services
General upkeep of common areas
