Please note that a fee will be charged at the moment of confirming the apartment, the fee corrisponds to a 10% + vat of the total cost of the length of your stay and has to be paid directly to the landlord. We provide you a total Assistance&Support during all your stay.
This fee, plus all the additional costs described in the apartment costs and in our reservation form, for example the security deposit and the final cleaning service, are mandatory and must be paid by the tenant right after confirming the apartment through housinganywhere and before check-in, following the instructions of our reservation form that we will send , otherwise the booking will not be finalized.
