The apartment consists of a very large and bright living area, connected by a sliding door to a modern and fully equipped kitchen. In the mezzanine, there is a bedroom with a bathroom. The m(hidden)athroom has a bathtub which can also be used as a shower. There is a tv and
free Wifi.

For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include: 1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out. 2)Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount ). 3)Contract registration fee: 50 eur. 4)Cost of a temporary tax code (only for foreign customers): 30 eur. 5) Cadastral survey 80 eur.
