This accomodation the ideal apartment for groups of friends and families. The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, an equipped kitchen, and a large living room in which to stay. There is a bathroom with a shower and a small terrace where you can have breakfast. The apartment has been recently furnished with period furniture which highlights the original frescoes on the ceilings.
Come and discover (hidden) from an apartment that reminds us of the (hidden) of the Risorgimento. The neighborhood is extremely vibrant and surrounded by many stores, restaurants, cafes, businesses, boutiques, and much more! On foot, you can easily reach the bus stop, the supermarket, and the nearby park to enjoy the sun, which makes it a very convenient location.
Please note that:
- All students would need to upload the following documents: a university enrolment certificate, proof of identity also of a parent, and proof of income of a parent in order to complete the booking.
- Tenants need to pay a deposit equal to a half month of rent. Please be aware that the monthly rent change according to the season.
- The deposit is optional as it only applies to bookings of over 2 months.
