An easily accessible ten-stepped stair leads to the reduced-dimensioned mezzanine, which features an extra double bed.
The apartment is located in the Santo Spirito area, a few steps away from the famous Ponte Vecchio and the great Pitti Palace.

For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include: 1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out. 2)Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount ). 3)Contract registration fee: 50 eur. 4)Cost of a temporary tax code (only for foreign customers): 30 eur. 5) Cadastral survey 80 eur.
