The modern apartment, recently renovated and suitable for four people, is located in the heart of Florence, near Piazza Santa Croce, in a street that takes its name from the opponents of the Guelphs in the late Middle Ages, the Ghibellines.

Rental Condition
bills are excluded (around 350-400 per month, depending on your consumption)
Please, note that monthly rates adjust accordingly to seasonal variations. Therefore, each month has a different monthly rate. In order for you to have a complete price overview, please refer to all the payments planned for your stay.
For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include: 1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out. 2)Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount ). 3)Contract registration fee: 50 eur. 4)Cost of a temporary tax code (only for foreign customers): 30 eur. 5) Cadastral survey 80 eur.
