Adjacent to the living room is the second bathroom with a shower and the fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto a delightful terrace. Perfect for romantic dinners or afternoon tea, the terrace is a charming spot to relax and soak in the Florentine atmosphere.

Pricing Information:
Included: Utilities for stays up to 30 days, final cleaning, towels, sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees.
Not Included: Tourist tax of 4.00 per person (over the age of 12) per night for the first 7 nights, and utilities (water, electricity, gas) for rentals exceeding 30 days, if they surpass 70.00.
Security Deposit:
For stays up to 15 days, a security deposit of 300.00 is required via a valid credit card pre-authorization 7 days before check-in.
For stays between 16 and 30 days, guests must pay 1000.00 7 days before check-in. Prepaid and/or debit cards are not accepted. Special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days.
The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant , one towel and linen change per guest , and final cleaning.
