The windows offer lovely views of the Palazzo dei Georgofili, the back side of the Uffizi Museum, and the top of the Tower of Anolfo of Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza Signoria.

Included in the price are utilities (for stays up to 30 days), final cleaning, towels and sheets, condominium fees, and agency fees.
Security Deposit:
For stays up to 15 days: 300.00 pre-authorization on a valid credit card 7 days before check-in.
For stays between 16 and 30 days: 1000.00 payment 7 days before check-in.
Special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days.
The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant , one towel and linen change per guest , and final cleaning.
