On the splendid hills south of Florence, just 6 km from Ponte Vecchio, we offer the sale of an excellent bar-restaurant of approximately 300 m2. The large spaces available to this venue would allow the creation of a truly special venue. The large internal rooms could be used both for a nice typical restaurant and as a disco/pub or dance hall. On the external terrace where there are some tables and sanitary services, there is also a second entrance to the room which acts both as an exit 'emergency as a direct entrance to the back room. There are around 70 seats. The bar is practically the only one in the area, therefore the lack of competition guarantees continuous work throughout the day.
