Al piano terra il locale, con una bella copertura a vela, era anticamente adibito a negozio, quelli superiori ad abitazione ed anche, ai primi del ' 900, ad albergo. Ad un ora, circa, di strada da Milano e da Torino. Struttura originaria, priva di recenti interventi, che l'avrebbero compromessa.

About an hour drive equally from Milan and Turin, this historical Piedmontese house is located in Mosso, a village in the municipality of Valdilana (Biella) which is at 625m a.S.l. And it is part of the Oasi Zegna, a protected natural park in the Biella Alps.
The 120-sqm building (ground-roof) overlooks the main square of the historical village and it is flanked by a Romanesque bell tower dating back to the Dolcinian period, xiii-xiv century.
Towering on the corner of the square and free on three sides, the four-storey building features three floors dating back to the 18th century and a last one which was raised in the following century. The ground floor room is adorned by a beautiful stone vaulted ceilings and was formerly hosting a shop. The upper floors were designated as a home, but in the early 1900s also as a hotel. The structure has been left original and has not suffered any recent interventions, which would have compromised it.
